What we collect

When you submit the form, we store your name, email, optional phone number, contact preference, timeframe, enquiry, selected planning profile and consent choices. The profile may include tax residences, asset locations, asset types and preferred banking jurisdictions. Your enquiry receives a reference and may be linked to a private shortlist.

When you check possible matches, the selected profile and structure element are sent to the matching service. Your enquiry and contact details are saved when you submit the form. Hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to operate and protect the service.

Please do not submit passport copies, account numbers, passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive documents. Keep your initial brief high-level.

How your information is used

We use it to assess your request, identify potentially relevant professionals, contact you through your chosen channel, and keep a record of the review and any agreed introductions. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Matching currently uses predefined rules and selected profile parameters, followed by personal review. It is not an assessment of legal, tax, banking or investment suitability. There may be fewer than three suitable contacts, or none.

Who can see it

Client enquiries and the professional directory are restricted to the authorised administrator. Hosting and database providers process information as needed to deliver the service. This site uses OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare hosting and database services; processing may occur outside your country.

We ask for your consent before sharing your details with a professional for an introduction. Professionals must also agree to be introduced. We do not publish your enquiry or sell the details submitted through this form.

Protected professional previews

Public previews show broad roles and jurisdiction coverage only. The blurred name and contact areas are visual placeholders: actual identities are not sent to the browser in the public matching response. Completing a form requests a review; it does not automatically release the private directory.

Storage, retention and your choices

Enquiries are stored in the service’s private database for review and follow-up; they are not automatically deleted when you close the page. We retain information only while needed for the request, agreed follow-up, security or applicable recordkeeping obligations, and review removal when it is no longer required.

You can ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to future introductions. Use the enquiry form with “Privacy request” at the start of your brief, provide the email used for your original enquiry and its reference if available, and choose “Just exploring”. Do not send identity documents; we will contact you if proportionate verification is needed. Withdrawal does not undo an introduction already made or information already shared with your consent.

Administrative sign-in uses authentication cookies. This version does not add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics SDK. External sites linked from Arnebridge have their own privacy practices.

Arnebridge is an introduction service. Its maps, examples, possible banking locations and professional previews are general illustrations, not legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration or other professional advice. They are not a recommendation to establish any entity, move assets or open an account.

A match does not establish suitability, an adviser–client relationship, or a guarantee of qualifications, availability, results or bank acceptance. Independently verify credentials, regulatory permissions, fees and terms with each professional. Eligibility, due diligence and account-opening decisions rest with the relevant institutions and advisers.

Submitting your details does not guarantee an introduction, acceptance of your request or a shortlist of three. No outcome is guaranteed. Do not act on a structure illustration without obtaining advice appropriate to your circumstances.
